●According to the working technical conditions, reasonable welding process should be selected, load use is not allowed, and no-load power-off device should be used as much as possible. High current welding is not allowed, and metal cutting operation is not allowed with electric welding machine.
● During load welding, the temperature rise of the welding machine shall not exceed 60oC of Grade A and 80oC of Grade B, otherwise the welding shall be carried out after shutdown and cooling.
●The work site of electric welding machine shall be kept dry and well ventilated. When moving the electric welding machine, the power supply should be cut off, and the welding machine should not be moved by dragging the cable. If there is a sudden power failure during welding, the power supply should be cut off.
●During welding, it is not allowed to adjust the current. When the welding is stopped, the handle must be used to adjust the current of the welding machine. It is not allowed to be too fast or too strong to avoid damage to the regulator.
When starting the DC welding machine, the rotation direction of the rotor should be checked to conform to the arrow direction of the welding machine mark.
When several DC welding machines operate in the same site, they shall be started one by one and the three-phase load shall be balanced.
The gap between the edge of the carbon brush holder of the DC welding machine and the surface of the commutator shall not be less than 2~3mm, and attention shall be paid to regular adjustment and cleaning of dirt.
● When using the silicon rectifier welding machine, the fan motor must be turned on first, the voltmeter indication should be normal, and there should be no abnormal noise after careful observation. After shutdown, the silicon rectifier and other components should be cleaned.
● It is forbidden to test the secondary coil of the main transformer of the silicon rectifier welding machine and the secondary coil of the control transformer with a shaking table.
●It is forbidden to do welding operation under the lifting operation.
● When welding in the area with hoisting wire rope, attention should be paid not to use the welding machine ground wire to touch the hoisting wire rope by mistake, so as to avoid accidents caused by sparks.
● When welding must be performed in a wet place, the welder should stand on the insulated wood board, not allowed to touch the welding wire with his hand, and not allowed to hold the welding tongs with his arm to avoid electric shock.
