3. idling
When starting a diesel engine of an ordinary generator set, it should be idling for 3-5 minutes (about 700 r/min minutes). In winter, the temperature is low, and the idling time should be appropriately extended to 8-10 minutes (about 700 r/min minutes); when stopping, you should first Slow down to 700 r/min minutes, idle for 3-5 minutes before stopping.

9. Ensure that the oil circuit between the unit and the fuel tank is unblocked.
5. manual start
1. Start the air intake and exhaust fans (open the doors and windows to ensure good ventilation).
2. Turn the key clockwise and start the engine button. If the first start fails, press the corresponding reset button on the distribution panel, and the second start can be carried out after the alarm is eliminated and the unit returns to normal state. After starting, the machine operation sound is normal, the cooling water pump operation indicator light is on and the road meter indicates normal, and the start is successful.
3. Set the engine speed to 700 r/min minutes, run for 3-5 minutes (8-10 minutes in winter), observe the oil pressure (oil pressure is greater than 0.2MPa under normal conditions), water temperature, oil temperature, voltage, frequency and other factors, and check whether the unit has abnormal phenomena such as water leakage and oil leakage. If abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine for maintenance immediately.
4, the diesel engine speed to the rated speed of 1500 r/min minutes, at this time the generator display frequency of 50HZ, voltage 400V, you can close the output air switch and put into use, the generator set should not be long no-load operation. (Because long-term no-load operation will cause the diesel sprayed from the diesel engine fuel injector to be unable to completely burn, resulting in carbon deposits, causing air leakage of the valve and piston ring.) If it is an automatic generator set, it does not need to run at idle speed, because the automatic unit is generally equipped with a water heater to keep the diesel engine cylinder at about 45°C, and the diesel engine can be normally transmitted within 8-15 seconds after starting.
6. manual power transmission
1. When the oil temperature, water temperature and oil pressure of the generator reach the normal value, and the value of the output voltage and frequency is consistent with the value on the bus (commercial power), the power transmission operation should be carried out.

7. operation management
1, should check the indicating instrument every 10 minutes, pay attention to the pressure of lubricating oil, water temperature changes. The pressure of lubricating oil shall not be lower than 150kPa, the temperature of cooling water shall not be higher than 95 ℃, and the indicator parameter of generator ammeter (Abe A) shall not exceed the rated power of generator.
2, check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level, radiator water level, if lower than the normal position should be added.
3. Observe the display of all instruments and indicator lights on the distribution panel frequently.
4, should check the charger charging.
5. Listen to the sound of each part of the generator.
6, hand mold body shell, bearing part shell, oil pipe, water pipe, feel the temperature is normal.
7. Be careful whether the hair machine or electrical equipment has peculiar smell such as scorched paste.
8, found that there is a bad situation, should be dealt with immediately; Serious should stop processing.
9, where the fault shutdown, the fault must be eliminated, and then start the unit again.
8. shutdown operation
1, should first disconnect the distribution cabinet load switch, then disconnect the generator circuit breaker, disconnect the grid.
2, the generator no-load operation 3-5 minutes after the shutdown.
